semi-formal presentation

Our presentation took place in 21 April in T008 the participated was Khalid Al-Mourzoqi, Mohammed Al-Rumaith and Hamdan Al-Braiki.
The presentation was on Iphone vs Galaxy, and it was about ten minutes long. All of us had good eye contact during the presentation and my friend Fahed was confident.  He was the first person to speak in the presentation he introduced everyone and gave the listener an idea what is the presentation was about. I think Fahed was a little nervous, because it was the first presentation he had presented and stood at the side of the screen with his hands down by his side. On the other hand, he had excellent body movement and used his hands to make his points clear and also to show us information on the slides. In general, he spoke at a good volume and rate but he had difficulty saying some of the more difficult English words.
The information in the presentation was mostly clear but unfortunately, a little boring.
The power point was very clever in general. There were only key words on all slides and the visuals were clear. The only thing that was needed improvement was the choice of pictures. They were a little boring and did not make me very interested in what they were saying.
Overall, I thought the presentation was very good. It was clear that they practiced some because they were organized. However, there were still some areas, like the pronunciation, which they should work on in the future.

College Gender Integration

.
In the meeting, I was responsible of taking notes. My role is to note the main points and the solutions that have been suggested in the meeting by brainstorming with the help of my team. Our meeting was about collage gender integration.
Fahad Al-Kindi, who is the leader of the team, asked the members to brainstorm and prepare different ideas for the meeting. Each member came with ideas and questions.
I had take some notes in this meeting. My first note is making College Gender Integration is a good idea to make a better student life and more competition between boys and girls. The second note is we would have some problems in the beginning but we decided to put a camera in everywhere. Third note is to build each department in own building to build a life student in it, however, the student don’t want the College Gender Integration could have another building study in a normal way.
I believe that the team was satisfied by my work. However, they have asked me to type all the ideas that were mentioned in the meeting even if it is not used.
The members of the meeting faced some problems. One of the problems is they were nervous. This is because this meeting was their first meeting. Also, we had some problems in communication. Some of the ideas were not clear because we could not express our ideas the way we see it.

difficult of speaking in public

Speaking is a conversation between two people or more. Some people are afraid to speak in a public or present themselves to others which it causing to have a difficult problem of speaking in public. I will show you technical ways to do when you present yourself.

There is several ways to connect between people but some of them having a difficult of speaking in public. One of the difficult of speaking in public is speaking slowly and unclear voice because they don’t have confidents on themselves and expires their ideas. Another difficult of speaking in public is anxious and uncomfortable because of lot of people in lecture and consideration to him.

There is several ways to connect between people, the best ways to keep the presenter relax are speak loudly, stand up straightly be confidents on himself, make strong eye contact with them but there some way to psyche yourself out to get some of the anxiety, firstly, take a deep breaths, keep in mind that everybody is nervous you are not alone and dress well to keep your look unique.

To sum up, the best way to beat this problem is to facing the social community, trying to practice with other people and having a lot of conversations between them, watching how the presenters present their selves and reading more stories and science book.
